At Pretty Group, sustainability is not a policy — it is the foundation of everything we build, every process we design, and every decision we make. From LEED Platinum factories to MBR-based water treatment, we are committed to manufacturing excellence that respects the planet.
Nine key eco-technologies integrated across our factory campuses to reduce energy, water, and carbon footprint at every point of production.
Energy-efficient LED lighting systems installed throughout all facilities, significantly reducing power consumption compared to conventional lighting.
Eco-friendly absorption cooling solution that utilises waste heat instead of electricity, dramatically reducing the carbon footprint of our cooling systems.
Rooftop gardens promote sustainability, provide natural insulation, reduce urban heat island effects, and improve air quality across our factory campuses.
Comprehensive rainwater collection systems reuse harvested water across the facility, significantly reducing freshwater consumption and saving valuable resources.
State-of-the-art MBR-based Central ETP efficiently treats all industrial wastewater before discharge, ensuring zero environmental contamination.
Reverse osmosis filtration systems provide pure, clean drinking water for all employees across our factory campuses, ensuring health and wellbeing.
Condensate heat recovery systems capture and reuse waste heat from production processes, converting what was previously lost energy into productive use.
Frequency inverters for winding machines optimise motor operation dynamically — running only at the speed needed — delivering significant energy savings.
Servo motor mechanisms installed on linking machines improve precision, reduce mechanical losses, and deliver superior energy efficiency across production lines.
Pretty Group utilises three energy sources across all facilities. Natural gas is our primary fuel, driving the majority of production processes. We continuously innovate to reduce overall energy intensity per unit of output.
Our MBR (Membrane Bio-Reactor) based Central ETP is the second largest in Bangladesh, with a treatment capacity of 9.6 MLD (400 m³/hour). Every drop of industrial wastewater is treated to the highest standards before release — protecting local waterways, communities, and ecosystems.
Through advanced treatment technology, we have achieved a 20% reduction in water consumption and a 30% reduction in chemical usage compared to conventional systems.

All liquid chemicals are precisely and automatically distributed to every dyeing machine through the Lawer Dispensing System — eliminating waste, ensuring consistency, and enabling full traceability of every chemical used in our dyeing processes.
Six pillars of our commitment to a greener, fairer, and more responsible garment industry.
LEED Platinum and Gold certified facilities built with eco-friendly principles, reducing environmental impact at the construction and operational level.
From rainwater harvesting to MBR-based ETP and RO drinking systems — every drop is accounted for, treated, and where possible, reused.
Continuously adopting new technologies — from frequency inverters to absorption chillers — to reduce energy intensity per unit of output.
The Lawer Dispensing System ensures zero chemical wastage, precise recipe control, and full traceability — protecting workers and the environment.
Zero waste to landfill initiatives, condensate heat recovery, and use of recycled and certified sustainable materials throughout our supply chain.
Equal opportunity employment, empowering differently-abled individuals, and maintaining safe, ethical workplaces across all 13 factory locations.
